Amazorx Store Warranty and Refund Policy
At Amazorex, we are committed to providing the best support and digital marketing services with the highest quality standards. To ensure the rights of both parties and clarify our operating procedures, please read the following warranty and compensation terms carefully:
The customer is not entitled to claim compensation for the service, activate the warranty, or request a refund in the following cases:
Changes to account information: If the username is changed, or the account is set to “Private” during or after the order is processed, or during the warranty period.
Deleting or hiding content: If the customer deletes the post or changes its settings to “Private” or “Unlisted” at any time.
Manual intervention: If the customer manually deletes followers or removes engagement from their account for any reason.
Service Overlap (Very Important): If similar services are requested for your account from another provider or a different website at the same time. This causes an overlap that prevents our systems from accurately tracking the source of the service, and Amazorex reserves the final right to refuse compensation in this case.
Historical Shortfall: If our technical team determines that the shortfall in the account is due to followers or engagement that existed prior to requesting our service.
Extended Warranty Terms (Lifetime or 365 Days): To be eligible for long-term coverage, the customer’s account must be “active” in our store, meaning they must have completed at least one purchase within the past 3 months (at the time of the claim) for an amount of at least 200 Saudi Riyals (or the equivalent in other currencies).
Compensation is provided exclusively during the warranty period specified in the details of each package on the Amazorex store at the time of purchase.
The warranty period varies by service; some services come with a warranty of a few days, while others offer a lifetime warranty.
If the product description does not include any details about the warranty, this means that the service is provided on an as-is basis (without a warranty of any kind).
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, please follow these steps carefully:
Direct Contact: Contact us exclusively via our official customer service WhatsApp number.
Required information: Please provide us with the order number and a link to the account or the affected post.
Supporting Documentation: Please attach screenshots clearly showing your account statistics and the discrepancy.
Processing Time: Compensation requests are processed within 1 to 10 business days from the date all required information is provided. This timeframe may be affected during peak periods or if the customer’s account is consistently losing its existing followers.
Responsibility for Use: Use of Amazorx is the sole responsibility of the customer. The store assumes no legal liability for any violations the customer may cause regarding the policies of platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and others).
Nature of Services: Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee absolute continuity beyond the specified warranty periods, due to the platforms’ constantly changing algorithms.
Accuracy of Geographic Results: Although we strive to ensure targeting accuracy, actual results may occasionally vary due to technical factors beyond our control (such as a small percentage of non-Arab followers being included in Arab audiences). This does not constitute a breach of service as long as the campaign was executed in accordance with available technical standards.
This warranty policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable commercial laws and regulations of the country, and is binding on both parties upon completion of payment.
